Group common questions in an accessible accordion. These sample questions explain how the module works.
What is this module for?
To answer your customers' most common questions (shipping, returns, payments…) in a collapsible list, without cluttering the page.
How do I add or change a question?
From the module panel, in the “Questions” list: each item has a question and its answer. You can add, reorder or delete as many as you want.
Can I format the answers?
Yes. Answers support basic formatting (bold, lists) and links to other pages of the site.
How many questions should I include?
Between 5 and 10 is usually enough. Order them from most to least asked and keep answers short.
Where can I use this module?
On any page: it is typically used on a help page, but it also works well at the end of a product page or a category.
